Verify a
certificate.
A certificate is only worth something if the person looking at it can check it. Every record of training we issue carries a QR code and a record number, and both lead here — to the live record, including whether the in-person practical was actually done, and who signed it.
We have not issued a real certificate yet, so there is exactly one record in the system — a specimen. It is not a person; it is a working demonstration of what a real record will show, built now so you can judge it before you buy anything.

Six seconds
at the gate.
No login, no account, no app to install. A supervisor with a phone can check a certificate standing in the mud.
Scan, or type it in
Point any phone camera at the QR code on the certificate or the wallet card. No camera? Type the record number — it looks like ATF-FP-000000 — into the box at the top of this page. That box works today: try it with ATF-SPEC-0001.
The live record opens
Not a picture of a certificate — the record itself, straight out of our database, showing what it says right now rather than what it said on the day it was printed.
Check it against the person
Name, course, whether the in-person practical was done and when, and the assessor who signed it. If the record does not match the person in front of you, you know immediately.
What the record
shows you.

- ▪The course and the content version it was taught from.
- ▪How it was delivered — online theory plus in-person practical.
- ▪The theory result, and the date it was passed.
- ▪The practical status — assessed or not — the date, and the demonstrations performed.
- ▪The assessor's name and credential.
- ▪The issue date and the recommended renewal date.
- ▪No phone number, email address or home address — ever.
- ▪Assessment photos stay in the file, not on the public page. They are evidence for the record, not a gallery.
- ▪Any video is optional and never a condition of enrolling — that is BC privacy law, and it is also the right design.
- ▪Employers will be able to pull their own crew's full records from the dashboard; the public page stays minimal.

proves nothing.
The bar we build to
WorkSafeBC's own guidance on first aid certificates spells out what trustworthy looks like: records verifiable through a database maintained by the training agency, and employers should not accept digital photographs of certificates. Fall protection has no such rule — so we applied that one to ourselves.
It shows the practical
A printed certificate cannot tell you whether somebody sat a theory test or actually put a harness on in front of a qualified assessor. The record can — it names the assessor, the date and the demonstrations. That is the whole point of building it this way.
Nothing to forge
A PDF can be edited in a minute by anyone with a phone. A record that lives in our database and answers a scan cannot. If a certificate is withdrawn, the record says so immediately.
Free, forever
Verification costs nothing and never will — no account for the person checking, no fee for the worker, no charge to the employer. Free replacement certificates too, for as long as we are here.

If you hire, verification one certificate at a time is the slow way round. At launch, companies get a free dashboard showing every worker they have put through us — who has passed, who is stalling, and every record downloadable for the safety binder or a COR audit. Keeping training records is the employer's legal duty; we would rather hand you the paperwork than leave you chasing it.
