Why you can see these records
Keeping training records is your duty as the employer, not ours — OHS Regulation 3.25. This dashboard exists to make that duty a two-second job instead of a filing cabinet.
So we show your company only your own workers, only their training information, and we log every disclosure we make to you. Workers can ask us for their own record, and for the list of what we shared with you, at any time. Assessment photos stay in the file as evidence; they are not shown here. Records are kept for seven years from issue, optional assessment video for twelve months, and then destroyed.
