The code
The code opens the live record, not a picture of one. WorkSafeBC's own test for a trustworthy certificate is a database you can check — so a photo of the paper proves nothing.
The assessor
The person who watched you do it is named on the document, with their credential. If nobody is named, nobody was there.
The renewal line
Printed on the face: recommended renewal 3 years — industry practice. WorkSafeBC sets no expiry, so we do not pretend it does.

$99 founding rate.
Ten modules built to BC law, an 80% exam with unlimited retakes, and an in-person practical with a qualified assessor — one price, both halves. The record, the wallet card and the employer kit come with it.

Launching Fall 2026
The document is a record of training and practical competency assessment — not a certification or a licence. WorkSafeBC does not approve or certify fall protection courses, and no course on its own is enough: your employer completes site-specific instruction, and we include the record they need.
